We want you to be completely satisfied with your flavorful finds; if your mustard or gift shop item isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and non-perishable goods. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on jars that have been opened or tampered with.

Email our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
Secure Your Shipment
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring there is enough padding to prevent breakage during transit back to the Museum.
Label and Post
Affix the return shipping label provided by our team or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Middleton, Wisconsin headquarters.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
